I am Vernon Tay, a strategic leader who has walked a unique path from the clinical frontlines to the commercial engine room of the healthcare industry. My journey began as a pharmacist, where I gained a first-hand understanding of patient needs and the critical importance of a sound healthcare ecosystem. This clinical insight became the foundation for my work, igniting a passion to bridge the gap between innovative ideas and viable business solutions.

This passion led me to found Hibiki Jeong (HBKJG), a firm dedicated to driving transformative growth in the healthcare sector. My mission is to partner with founders and organisations to translate their vision into tangible, profitable success.

• Foundational Strategy: I partner with early-stage ventures to validate their concepts and build robust business models. My work includes in-depth market viability analysis, regulatory roadmaps, and crafting investor-ready business plans.

• Growth & Execution: I help organizations scale by providing hands-on support in implementing digital health strategies. This includes optimising e-commerce platforms, developing agile go-to-market plans, and leveraging data to deliver measurable results.

• Operational Excellence: I streamline core business operations—from supply chain and procurement to implementing Lean Six Sigma principles—to improve efficiency, maximise profitability, and build a sustainable foundation for growth.
